Welcome to Techinfo365 (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Techinfo365”). By accessing or using the website located at https://www.techinfo365.in/ (“Website”), and any related services, content, features, or applications (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Our total liability to you for all claims under these Terms is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the past twelve (12) months (if applicable), or otherwise ₹1,000 (Rupees One Thousand) or such minimum liability as mandated by applicable law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Techinfo365, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way connected with:

Your use of the Service, or violation of these Terms;
Your user content;
Your violation of any law or third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, etc.) will survive.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (or the jurisdiction you prefer). Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in [City, State, e.g. Bengaluru, Karnataka], and you consent to personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be enforced.
